Full Planning & Coordination

For the couple who envisions their engagement period and wedding day filled with beauty and polished coordination.
The package includes:

  • Three to Four Planning Meetings (These meetings typically include: initial consultation, menu tasting, linen & tabletop design, florist and/or specialty rentals, and a final venue walkthrough.

  • Vendor Scouting and Contract Management

  • Budget Management 

  • Rental Design & Management (tables, chairs, linen, paper products, etc.)

  • Complete Vendor Communication from Scouting to Wedding Day

  • Wedding Design and Execution 

  • Unlimited Email Communication 

  • Phone Conversations as Needed

  • Final Rental Management (tables, chairs, linen, paper products, etc.

  • Vendor Communication & Coordination Beginning 2-Months Till

  • Floor Plan Creation & Seating Chart Management 

  • Wedding Timeline Creation and Management 

  • Wedding Setup, Coordination and Breakdown with Vendors

Wedding Management 

For the couple who is comfortable doing the majority of the planning details themselves, our Event Management package may be better suited. As the date approaches, our team will take over all communication with vendors to insure a seamless delivery, and coordinate all the final touches. 
This package includes:

 

  • Final Venue Walkthrough & Planning Meeting 

  • Unlimited Email Communication 

  • Phone Conversations as Needed

  • Final Rental Management (tables, chairs, linen, paper products, etc.)

  • Vendor Communication & Coordination Beginning 2-Months Till

  • Floor Plan Creation & Seating Chart Management 

  • Wedding Timeline Creation and Management 

  • Wedding Setup, Coordination and Breakdown with Vendors 

  • Full Coordination of Ceremony Rehearsal, Ceremony & Reception

Additional Services 

  • Rehearsal Dinner Planning & Coordination

    • If you are looking for flawless coordination throughout the entire weekend, this add on package starts at $750.

  • Extra Planning Meetings 

    • Additional planning meetings can be arranged. A minimum of 2-hours is set aside for the meeting. Depending on location, meetings are priced at $50/per hour.​

  • Additional Assistant 

    • Cardinal Events provides two coordinators with each package. If you prefer to have additional assistance on top of this, this must be coordinated through Cardinal Events and is an additional $250/per coordinator. If your wedding is over 175 guests (one month to), this fee will automatically be applied in order to provide you with ​the best service for you an all guest.
